Humphreys Reynolds Perkins Gold Coast is a specialist town planning firm established in 2001 as the result of a merger between Humphreys Reynolds Perkins Planning Consultants and Andrew Hall Town Planning Pty Ltd.
The firm has one of the largest professional planning teams on the Gold Coast with all team members enjoying strong local and overseas experience including extensive local government town planning skills and knowledge. The company's Directors have extensive experience (David Ransom, 14 years and Andrew Hall, 27 years), including a combined period of 23 years of employment with Gold Coast City Council.
Humphreys Reynolds Perkins Gold Coast deals with all aspects of the land use planning process including the submission of development applications for Material Change of Use and Reconfiguration of a Lot; assessment of development applications on behalf of local government authorities; preparation of strategic planning policies; due diligence reports in relation to land use potential; and acting as expert witnesses in relation to matters before the Planning & Environment and other Courts.
The firm has been involved in a wide range of high profile development projects within the City of Gold Coast including with some of the development industry's key development companies including Sunland Group Limited, Mirvac Queensland, Nifsan Developments Pty Ltd, Howard Group, Fish Developments and Thakral Developments.
