Locations - Sunshine Coast

The most recent addition to the Humphreys Reynolds Perkins (HRP) team, the Sunshine Coast office has quickly emerged as a leading town planning practice in South East Queensland, particularly in the local government arena.

Established in 2005, the office is led by Stephen Patey and Jason Krueger, who together have almost 30 years planning experience predominantly working within local government.

The firm is widely regarded as one of Queensland's most experienced in the preparation of planning instruments under the Integrated Planning Act and the South-East Queensland Regional Plan. This technical experience combined with the directors' excellent local knowledge of the Sunshine Coast and Wide Bay regions, ensures the firm is sought after particularly in the areas of strategic planning, developing and amending planning schemes and development application work.

We have been intimately involved in a number of leading planning projects on the Sunshine Coast including the Caloundra City Local Growth Management Strategy, the Caboolture-Morayfield Principal Activity Centre Review, developing structure planning concepts for key sites within the Maroochydore, Kawana and Sippy Downs Town Centres, and the Noosa Residential Aged Care Study.
