Biography
Dominic's expertise lies in the field of strategic planning under both Queensland and Tasmanian planning legislation with core skills in project management, partnerships and negotiation. Queensland experience includes the preparation and project management of various local area plans, investigative projects and mixed-use developments within Brisbane City, including Kelvin Grove Urban Village.He was the former Planning Department Coordinator for West Tamar Council in Tasmania where he administered model statutory and strategic planning outcomes including the development of the West Tamar Planning Scheme that entailed scheme preparation, marketing, community engagement and State Government hearings.
Dominic has a degree in Environmental Planning with Honours from Griffith University Queensland and is a member of the Planning Institute of Australia.

Humphreys Reynolds Perkins is a Brisbane City Council accredited consultant for RiskSmart.
RiskSmart is an application assessment and approval process that allows low-risk development proposals to be fast tracked with a commitment from Brisbane City Council to decide those applications within 5 business days.
In addition to saving time, RiskSmart applications may also qualify for a discount in Council assessment fees of up to 30%.
Eligible development proposals range from certain types of subdivisions, houses and multi-unit dwellings to extensions to shopping centres, industrial uses and prescribed tidal works.
