Biography
Nicole joined the Brisbane office in January of 2008. Successfully completing a Certificate 3 in Business Administration.
Nicole assists the Group Administration Manager with administration tasks associated with all offices, additionally general administration for the Brisbane Directors.

Humphreys Reynolds Perkins is a Brisbane City Council accredited consultant for RiskSmart.
RiskSmart is an application assessment and approval process that allows low-risk development proposals to be fast tracked with a commitment from Brisbane City Council to decide those applications within 5 business days.
In addition to saving time, RiskSmart applications may also qualify for a discount in Council assessment fees of up to 30%.
Eligible development proposals range from certain types of subdivisions, houses and multi-unit dwellings to extensions to shopping centres, industrial uses and prescribed tidal works.
